The Bradner Hall offers full Catering and Bar Service for weddings, convention groups, social functions, dances, sports events, fundraisers and meetings at reasonable rates. Seating Capacity is 300 for meetings, 250 for weddings. Licensed in-house catering menus are offered with current food combinations to choose from.

The idea for Beholden Event Design was sparked in 2018 when founder Sarah, along with her husband, planned their own Tofino-based wedding. Sarah's background in corporate events, along with her longstanding LOVE for all things design and decor, combined to bring her wedding vision to life. When the wedding was over, Sarah realized how much she had enjoyed the process and satisfaction of seeing her vision become reality. Inspired to help others have a similar experience, she began renting out the harvest tables they had designed and built for their own wedding, turning their labour of love into a small business. In early 2020, Sarah expanded Beholden's services, offering curated event design, graphic design, and an ever-growing inventory of decor rentals. Regardless of the scope or size of an event, Sarah strives to give her very best to her clients, ensuring they feel listened to and supported as she works tirelessly to help bring their vision to life.

In my retirement, having more time to spend with the grandkids I went in search of a Maze that was suitable for children. I found that Corn Mazes are very popular, but they are seasonal and not all are family friendly. In all my searching I could not find a People Maze in my area. When broadening the search, I became increasingly disappointed. Being an entrepreneur, I decided that I needed to design a Portable People Maze, and that is how the It's Amazeing Maze was born. My Maze provides affordable family fun in allowing kids of all ages to experience the fun and adventure of finding their way through a Maze.  Many applications for this Maze in different themes like Christmas, Wedding, Halloween, etc. Just use your own imagination and we will work with you to help achieve them. In designing the It's Amazeing Maze we wanted to make it portable, easily changeable and thus provide unlimited sizes and patterns for many different applications. This Maze is the only portable Maze and it can be set up or changed in just a few hours depending on the size. Our company supplies high quality, weather resistant panels and pantent proprietary connecting adaptors for fast and easy assembly and disassembly. It is perfect for county fairs, school/church fundraisers, and other short-term events. This is a stand-alone Maze suitable for any level surface either inside or outdoors. We will work with our clients in meeting their specific needs whether it be booking at your events  or purchasing one for them to start their own vendor business. The beauty of a portable Maze is that it can be changed in a matter of hours for a completely new adventure the next day.

What began with just 80 weddings in our first year has grown into a thriving business that now supports over 400 weddings and events annually.
